Note!
Unlike most associations there is no registration fee charged
to attend the spring and fall FIBCA conferences. Unlimited representatives
from your company can attend the conferences and the only charges will be if you
sign up for the networking receptions, golf tournament and tours.
Membership Requirements

The company
applying for membership must be involved in the bulk bag industry as a
manufacturer or a vendor of bulk bags (regular member), or as a supplier to the
industry (associate member).

Regular Members / FIBC manufacturers,
distributors and importers must have a permanent place of business
within the
United States,
Canada
or
Mexico.

Associate Members / Suppliers to the
industry (manufacturers of fabric, webbing, equipment or providers of any
industry service) are not required to have an office in North America.
Associate members / suppliers from any country may
be a member of FIBCA.

The applicant
must have at least $1,000,000.00 (one million) in liability insurance.

Regular members
(FIBC manufacturers, importers and distributors) are required to submit FIBC
sales data quarterly. The numbers are kept completely confidential and they are
combined with all of the member data to provide a snapshot of the industry.
Results are distributed to FIBCA members.

A one time initiation fee of $500 USD is due on approval of the membership
application and annual FIBCA membership dues of $2000 USD are due each February
1st.
